The Coach will be in service to the client assisting in committing to action, being a sounding board to their experiences and processing. The Coaches’ key role is often assisting the client to maintain their motivation and commitment needed to achieve their goal. This allows an individuals growth, development and understanding of self; the process takes into consideration both the conscious and subconscious challenges to help enable and harmoniously build your life tools. The journey is non-directive it works with the areas you bring and are in charge of to gain the desired possibilities.
